We're getting married!!

We feel so lucky to have such an amazing community around us, and can't wait to celebrate with you all weekend long! There are 88 beds onsite to stay with us Friday-Sunday at the gorgeous 121 acre mountain camp venue. Please see the lodging page for more information on booking cabins! In addition to the ceremony and reception on Saturday, we will be hosting a game day and bonfire on Friday, May 15th, and would love to see you there! This venue sits at 9,000 feet above sea level. Please be aware that altitude sickness is common and alcohol tends to have a more potent effect. We recommend staying very hydrated throughout the weekend, so please don’t forget your reusable water bottles :)

Lex and Justin met while working at the University of Arizona campus recreation center in the intramural and club sports department. Please note: Lex was technically Justin's boss. Also, Bear Down. We became fast friends, supporting each other through an intramural sports season-ending injury, a Mexico induced appendectomy, and a concerning amount of hot sake. From day 1, Justin valiantly drank every IPA and skunk beer on Lex’s beer card! College, amiright? At the start of senior year, Justin would tell everyone how much he was in love with Lex and thought it was a big secret - shocker, she knew the whole time. We went on our first date to go see Christmas lights at a neighborhood in Tucson, WinterHaven. Years later, Justin would plan an incredible proposal at the Denver Botanical Garden Christmas Light Show as a nod to where it all began. Over Christmas break we could not stop talking to each other and could not wait to get back to Tucson. Once back in Tucson, Lex was hesitant to commit to anything with graduation approaching. Justin, though, had known for years already that he was going to marry Lex one day. February 4th 2019 we officially started dating and never looked back. Following graduation from UofA we did long distance for about a year and a half, while Lex worked in Georgia and Justin in California. Covid made things a little extra challenging to travel and see each other but we made it work until we finally got to move in together!! Montana was an interesting experience but we both firmly believe that if we were able to make it through that we can get through anything together! As soon as Lex's contract was up we left the next day to move to Colorado. We have lived in Colorado for the past 4+ years and just bought our first house here together!! We have grown a beautiful, fun, lifelong love from our friendship, and feel so lucky to be able to spend our lives as best friends! We have giggled our way through the good times and the bad. Lex believes that the key to this relationship truly lies in Justin’s patience amidst the chaos. Together, we live an adventurous and fun life in Westminster, CO with our rescue pup, Burger and cannot wait to start this next chapter together as we (finally) get married!
