We know a destination wedding is a lot to ask of our loved ones, and we truly appreciate the time and effort required to attend. We are so excited to share this special day with you, and to celebrate all weekend long! Please read all of the details below and check out the FAQ page to ensure you are up to date!

We are hosting our wedding at the Finest Resort in Playa Mujeres - Cancun, Mexico - an all-inclusive, luxury, private and gated resort located just 25 minutes north of the Cancun airport.

HOW TO BOOK
This resort is very popular and sells out quickly (especially being on Valentine's Day weekend), so we recommend booking as soon as possible! While we’ve secured a promo code for a group rate, there is no room block, and reservations are based on live availability. No deposit is required to book your room. Rooms are fully refundable (if promo code is used) up to 24 hours prior to your planned arrival. Full booking amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Go to www.finestresorts.com (click view at the bottom of this section to be directed to resort booking website). ***Make sure to use promo code: SAWFEB26FPM*** Please know that the promo code is only valid if booking 3 or more nights. If you are seeing an option for both a refundable or non-refundable room, the promo code has not been applied correctly. 1. Flight
FLIGHTS
You will be flying into CANCUN Airport (CUN). Flights do not need to be booked at the same time as your accommodations. We recommend staying at least 3 nights to join in on all the fun, and to receive the discounted promo code group rate! Please keep in mind airport delays and cancellations do happen. If possible, give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day, which is Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Travel Note
PASSPORTS
Every guest must have a passport that is valid during their travel and for 6 months after your scheduled return date. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. (Even if you think it's not expiring for a few years...just check!) The process of applying for or renewing a passport can take several months, so please consider this in advance!

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT
Free airport transfer: One private round-trip transportation is included per room reservation for a minimum of three nights; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, to Finest Playa Mujeres. Transportation Service must be booked directly through Seasons Tours at: transfers@seasonstours.com, you will not be charged if you make your room reservation through the Excellence Collection official website. In the email please include all flight information as well as confirmation for hotel stay with the dates you will be staying.
