Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 12th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:15-4:30. This way you can relax, tour the property if you wish, and mingle. Gaby and Lucas will promptly request your attendance before 5pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes and yes! It's all on the same property. Parking is free. We recommend driving safe and utilizing car shares like uber/lyft.

Can I take photos or vidoes during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture this event

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us. Black tie optional for gentlemen may include a traditional suit & tie or a tuxedo. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers. We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour are on the grass, so we suggest avoiding stilettos.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only accommodating those formally on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as 'Your Name' + 'Guest' if a plus one has been given to you.

Are babies or children welcome?

Answer

Only if they are listed on your invitation! We encourage you to think of this as a date night!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Please do not bring any outside beer, wine, or booze. There's also water, be sure to take advantage of that too. :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Check out our transportation page for details about pick up to the venue AND details for pick up after the reception.

Is there an after party after the reception?

Answer

Yes! We are headed to The Jetty for socializing, music and dancing after the reception, so around 10:15pm. The shuttle bus will be making a stop next to the Jetty if you want to hop in! It's in the same marina as the Kent Narrows Hotel. This will not be an open bar. 201 Wells Cove Road Grasonville, MD 21638

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes. On your rsvp there may be an option for the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Gathering for 10/2. You'll learn more and RSVP when you RSVP for the events for 10/3. We are planning a casual send off breakfast on 10/4. Check back here for more information later on!
