FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be black tie optional, and we’d love for you to lean into the elegance of the evening. Think floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses for women (color and pattern encouraged - no black gowns if possible!), and tuxedos or dark suits for men. Dress to feel fabulous and festive!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be our nieces and nephews who are part of the ceremony. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify whether you have a plus-one. If it’s listed on your invite and RSVP page, we’d love for you to bring a guest! Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and can’t accommodate additional guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, but we’d love for you to arrive a bit early to enjoy a pre-ceremony cocktail and get settled! Doors open and drinks begin at 3:30 PM.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You’ll find all of our recommended hotels on the Travel page of our website.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’ll have vegetarian options available, but if you have a specific allergy or dietary restriction, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Rachel or Nolan directly. We want to make sure everyone is taken care of!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available for all guests at the venue - no need to stress about finding a spot.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We won’t be providing transportation, so please plan to drive or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. There will be parking available at the venue for all guests.
