Rated one of the top 5 creameries in the United States by countless publications, Bellvale definitely lives up to the hype! They use their own dairy cows from the beautiful farm at the bottom of the hill that the creamery is located on. Not only is the view spectacular, but the ice cream is also to die for! As you can tell from the picture, Dee Dee highly recommends it as well.

There aren't very many drive-in theaters left in the world; why not enjoy this one located just 15 minutes from where the wedding will be held? It's always a good idea to bring a blanket and some snacks to enjoy during your chosen film.
Delicious wine, cider and spirit tastings, all located right in the orchard where they make these delicious beverages! Doc's Cider has become one of the top rated and most popular hand crafted ciders in the country! Added bonus: the food here is amazing! Try the pizza, truffle fries or the seafood salad sandwich!

Hike a portion of the World Famous Appalachain Trail! Our area is known as one of the most beautiful on the whole trail, which spans from Georgia all the way to Maine! Be careful though, its also known as a pretty challenging section because of the rocky nature around. This trail is pretty steep, but not very long (1.75 miles up and back). Start at the trail head across from Greenwood Lake Marina and make your way up the blue trail, also known as the "state line trail" because it is right on the border of NY and NJ. After about 30 minutes (0.7 miles) this trail breaks off and turns into the yellow trail, which you will take to the top. It will bear left and up to the gorgeous vista where you can overlook the lake in its entirety from the top of the purple puddingstone mountain. This is definitely a favorite around here! For other hiking, or even just light walking spots and directions, just ask the bride and groom!
From beautiful botanical gardens, to historic mansions, Skylands is not to miss on a beautiful spring day!
We love OCD! This has become one of our favorite places to go on the weekend when we're free. It is a wonderful distillery set in an old hayloft barn in the farm country, Black Dirt region of NY. The craft cocktails they make here are absolutely delicious, and they have a great local beer selection as well! They have a delicious food truck on site as well, and often host events including live music, movies on the lawn and much more. There are individual fire pits, corn hole and picnic tables if you have nice weather and want a relaxing enjoyable time under the stars!
We know that you'll be tasting this restaurant's food, as they are catering our wedding! This is definitely our favorite restaurant and bar in all of the area... maybe even the world! If you like your meal at the wedding, you'll love the rest of their menu and their mind blowing specials!
