Yes, the venue has parking. The ceremony and reception will take place in the same location

The ceremony will take place outdoors if weather permits. The reception will be indoors.

Yes, The Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah. Plenty of other hotels that are 10-12 min away from the venue as well.

Directions to the venue

Answer

By Car: From Tappan Zee Bridge Thruway Westbound, North: Proceed to Exit 15A (Sloatsburg / Suffern Exit). Make a right at the traffic light and make another immediate right following signs for Hillburn, 287South / 87South / 17 South (by Jan’s Autobody Shop). (If you go over a metal bridge, you have gone too far). After the second right, you will pass under the overpass (NY Thruway), go straight about 1/4 mile and the Mt Fuji entrance will be on your left. From Thruway Eastbound/South: Proceed to Exit 15A. At end of exit make left, following the signs for Hillburn, 287s, 87s, and 17s. Proceed approx. ¼ mile to Mt. Fuji entrance on left.
