Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding will be held at Secrets Moxché, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there, the resort is about a 40-45 minute drive.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes — a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Make sure it’s valid for your entire trip!

Is transportation provided from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Airport transfers are not included as part of the resort stay. Guests should plan to book transportation from Cancún International Airport (CUN) separately. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding.

Where should guests stay?

We are staying at Secrets Moxché and strongly encourage guests to stay at the resort so we can celebrate together all weekend.

Can we stay somewhere near by?

Answer

Please reach out to us directly, and we will see if we can make that work! Please note: the resort has a very strict policy regarding non-guests. They only allow up to three guests total who are not staying at the resort to attend the wedding. Those guests are permitted to arrive no more than 30 minutes before the ceremony and must depart immediately following the reception. We know this is not ideal, and we truly wish there were more flexibility. Unfortunately, these rules are set by the resort and are outside of our control. Staying at the resort is highly encouraged so you can fully enjoy the wedding weekend with us and avoid any restrictions.

Is there a room block?

Yes! We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a discounted group rate. Guests can book and pay for their rooms directly through our booking link on the "Travel" tab.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Food, drinks, and most activities at the resort are included with your stay.

When should I book my flight and hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as they become available, as flights and rooms tend to fill up quickly.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Think polished and elegant while still comfortable for a beach setting. Lightweight fabrics, dressy sandals or wedges, and breathable suits are encouraged.
