Flight
To full enjoy your time in Maui, we recommend flying in Wednesday, September 28th and staying until Monday, October 3rd. This would be the minimum recommended trip, but we encourage you to make this celebration into a vacation of 5-7 days total to truly enjoy the unique landscape and culture. Once you're in Hawaii, it's easy to island-hop to The Big Island, Oahu, or Kauai on your way back home.
Travel Note
There are two main areas you can stay in Maui as your home base before wedding day and to explore all that Maui has to offer (helloooo, Road To Hana). Accommodations are totally up to you! You'll see a few recommendations we researched for you, or you can reference this breakdown of the island when doing your own bookings. Wailea / Kihei: a bit upscale and super chill mix You guessed it – this is where we'll be staying before Paia. Ka’anapali / Lahaina: more touristy; lots of shops and bars, hotels and restaurants This is the most common place to stay in Maui.
