Day of the Dead - Visit Town

November 2 is the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) is a day when Mexicans celebrate their ancestors who have passed. We will be planning a visit to town to experience the cultural celebrations of Day of the Dead. A bus with Lomas travel will pick us up at the Lindo Lobby at 1pm. We will get dropped off near Quinta Avenida in Playa Del Carmen. You can enjoy town by walking along the shopping street where many store fronts will have alters on display. You can also choose to walk to Palacio Municipal (about 15 min walk) where there will be large alters on display. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Wedding

5:30 pm

Dressy casual with a beachy twist - for example, sundresses, nice rompers, slacks, collared shirts or polos.

For our wedding celebration we will have a ceremony on the beach at 5:30 pm followed by a reception in the shopping center plaza at 7:00 pm.
