The way we see it is you come at your own risk. We have made adjustments to the menu to limit shared contact when serving food and drinks. The wedding and reception are outside, so we feel pretty good about the fresh air. Some masks will be available or you may bring your own and multiple hand sanitizing stations will be set up for easy access. Everyone has their own level of comfort right now, and that's okay.
Absolutely. We just ask you let us know as soon as possible so that our caterers know how much food to prepare for everyone. The RSVP in the invitation says August 5, but we will accept any after then too.
Things to think about - we want you to be comfortable. The ceremony and reception are being held at Morgan's parent's house on their farm. Parking and partying will happen in a hay field and the yard. Ladies, perhaps trade the stilettos for some block heels or boots. Dudes, you do you.
Since before they were engaged, Morgan knew she wanted to have the wedding where she grew up overlooking the farm. It's about 8 miles past Elkins to the location of the wedding. It's all smooth driving until you get to the 1/4 mile driveway that starts with a big hill. Everything from motorcycles to UPS to cargo trucks have made it up the drive, we're confident you will too.
The hotel is about 30 minutes from the ceremony. So be smart about who's in charge of transportation.
Absolutely! We love all the children! But we also want this to be a party that YOU (the parent) can enjoy with the open bar and dance floor.
Yes! The more the merrier!
