If you selected our complimentary shuttle service when you RSVP'd, you'll find everything you need to know below! The shuttle will provide transportation to the venue, early return trips to the hotels beginning at 8:00 PM, and a final departure following our grand exit with an optional stop at the after party.
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites - Portland Newberg
Arrival: 2:45 PM Departure: 3:00 PM
Holiday Inn Newberg
Arrival: 3:02 PM Departure: 3:15 PM
Drop off at the Water Oasis by 3:25 PM where welcome drinks will be served.
Beginning at 8:00 PM, the shuttle will make return trips as needed to the hotels for guests leaving the reception early.
Following our grand exit, the final shuttle will stop at Old Town Bar & Grill (After Party), then the Holiday Inn, and finally the Fairfield by Marriott.
Please note: Shuttle service ends after the final hotel drop-offs. Guests leaving the after party can take a quick 5-minute Uber or Lyft back to their hotel.
