Please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We ask no later than June 1st. If we do not receive a response by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend.
The dress code for the evening is formal. We ask that men wear a suit and tie. For women, floor-length or ankle-length dresses are encouraged, but mid-length and/or formal separates/jumpsuit are also appropriate. The ceremony will be held on grass, but the reception will be covered and on concrete.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, but we invite you to arrive around 3:15 PM for a welcome drink before finding your seat.
As there is limited space available, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, we ask that you leave them at home for the evening. We hope you will enjoy a special date night with us!
There is free parking available at the venue. Cars must be picked up no later than 9:00 AM the following day.
We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. However, after the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and videos. Please share them with us afterwards as we'd love to be able to see our special day through your eyes!

We will be providing transportation from the two Newberg based hotels, Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Holiday Inn Express. The transportation after the event will give you the option to return to the hotel or bring you to the after party at Old Town Bar & Grill. Transportation will not be provided at the conclusion of the After Party, please plan to utilize Uber/Lyft for a quick ride back to the hotel.
Please reach out to Marley with dietary restrictions so we can be sure to accommodate. Dinner will already be gluten-free, and dessert will have a gluten-free option.
