The hotel is approximately 25 minutes from our venue. We will have transportation to and from the hotel and venue on the wedding day! *** FYI we are only issued a certain amount of room blocks for each hotel if the code doesn’t work that means they are all taken! You can still book however it will be the regular rate *** **if you book without the code please let Ryan or I know for transportation numbers! Thank you!!**

Unfortunately, we received a notification that this hotel will no longer be able to accommodate our room block because it will be contracted through the state of MA for a long term group as of 12/2023. If you booked here please cancel your reservation and book at one of the other hotels listed!

Unfortunately, the best western wouldn’t allow for a group code. However, it’s an additional option in the same area of the double tree! It’s located right next door to the double tree where the shuttle can pick you up/drop off! If you do book here please let Ryan or Marleigh know so we make sure we have enough room on the shuttle!
