The short answer- maybe. Estes Park, Colorado, is located at an elevation of approximately 7,522 feet above sea level. Altitude Sickness symptoms can include headaches, nausea, and fatigue, typically appearing 6-24 hours after arrival. Tips: Stay hydrated! Drink twice as much water as you normally drink at lower altitudes. Limit alcohol... remember 1 drink at altitude = 2 drinks at sea level. If you are worried about altitude, we suggest "acclimating" in Denver for a night.

For the welcome party, we suggest upscale casual/sundresses/mountain chic. For the wedding, the dress code is formal. Please bring a sweater or jacket for the nighttime. Once the sun goes down, it can get chilly.

We love your children and wish they could be at our wedding, but unfortunately, we are limited on how many guests we can invite at our dream wedding venue. This will be an adults-only event.
