We’re so excited to have you join us in Panamá, and we know that planning travel can come with lots of little details. Below are some answers to common questions to help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If there’s anything else you’re unsure about, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Answer

We kindly ask guests to follow formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Floor-length dresses and suits with ties are requested. Soft spring and summer colors are encouraged—please avoid white or ivory.

Please arrive by 5:00 PM sharp. The ceremony will begin promptly, and we want to make sure everyone is seated and ready before it starts.

We recommend booking a room at the Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo, where both the ceremony and reception will take place. We've secured a special rate for our guests (valid 3 days before and after the wedding). Preferential code: B21FEB

Answer

No formal transportation is planned, but everything is walkable within Casco Viejo. Ubers are also widely available and reliable for getting around the city.

Your invitation will specify if a plus one is included. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and ask—we’re happy to clarify.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Answer

Yes! We’re hosting a Welcome Party on February 20th at Ammi (rooftop at Sofitel). There will also be a Farewell Brunch the next morning for guests staying at the hotel. Please view the schedule for more details.

Yes—all travelers to Panama must have a valid passport. Make sure it’s valid for at least three months beyond your travel dates.

Answer

Expect warm, tropical weather—typically mid-80s during the day and a bit cooler at night. We recommend breathable fabrics, sunscreen, and maybe a light layer for the evening.
