Road Construction Update: 1) If you or your guests are coming from the west (headed east on US 31), there is a detour that can be followed. We recommend letting your guests know to allow extra time for travel. We have been advised that this detour could add 15-30 minutes to the drive. 2) If you or your guests are coming from the east (headed west on US 31), you will be able to drive straight through to BlueBridge with minimal delays. We have some extra signage on US 31 to help bring attention to access to BlueBridge which is off of Ellis Lake Road. When guests and vendors leave BlueBridge, they will have to turn right because US 31 is still a one-way road with westbound traffic only. However, the great news is that S. Long Lake Road is now open, so navigating back to the east or back to Traverse City is significantly easier and quicker.
