Room Block: Studio King rooms available at our group rate Dates: Group rate valid from Friday, December 5th through Sunday, December 7th, 2025 Parking: Overnight self-parking is $15 per vehicle, per night Reservation Deadline: Rooms must be booked by Friday, October 31st, 2025 to receive the discounted rate Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please note that early check-ins are not guaranteed. If you or your guests need space to get ready before the ceremony, we recommend booking a room for the night before. Flight
Nearest Airport: The closest airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), about 1.5 hours from Fillmore and Camarillo (traffic depending). Other options: Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) – smaller and often easier, about 1 hour away. Rental Cars & Rideshare: We recommend renting a car if you're flying in, as public transportation is limited in the area. Uber and Lyft are also available but may be spotty late at night in more rural spots like Fillmore.
Travel Note
The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location in Fillmore, and parking will be available on-site. If you're staying in Camarillo, like we are, the venue is about a 25–30 minute drive away.
