When you RSVP through this website, select "Will Attend" for the 'ACCOMMODATION FRIDAY NIGHT' or 'ACCOMMODATION SATURDAY NIGHT' option, or both. There are further fields to fill in to give us more details on how many rooms you need and which rooms you'd prefer.
You will not need to pay anything just yet. Once we have confirmed with you which rooms have been booked for your party, the hotel will provide you with a payment link. They accept debit and credit cards. Payment will be required by 13/04 and is non-refundable.
Check-in is from 2pm for hotel rooms and secret garden pods and from 4pm for the Ivy cottage and caravans. Check-out is 10:30am.
Yes. If you're staying at Oxwich Hotel, please contact us to make arrangements rather than contacting the hotel directly. There should be room for everyone at Oxwich, but feel free to organise your own stay at an alternative hotel.

Parking for hotel guests is free and there should be plenty. Public parking may be limited as it's a Bank Holiday during a school holiday, but the public car park is large. When we visited you could park all day for £5. There are a few EV charging points in the public car park.

Yes. Oxwich Bay is a dog friendly site! Dogs are allowed in caravans, secret garden pods, beach, marquee, church & woodlands but not inside the hotel or restaurant.
