All are welcome to the welcome dinner at the Whitaker's cabin starting at 530. We will have beer, wine, and a taco bar! As always, there will be music, food, and games - look forward to meeting everyone and kicking off the weekend!
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Wear what you want to the ceremony! Keep in mind this is October and high elevation - average temps in October range from 35-54 degrees. We would also recommend to wear comfortable shoes as the ceremony will take place in the wilderness.
We will be doing the ceremony at the cabins! There is a great amphitheater with seating, a stage, and fire pit. If you are wearing heels, or don't want to hike down, we will be able to shuttle people up and down from the cabins! After the ceremony, we will return to the cabins for the reception with drinks, food, and music!
3:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Wear what is comfortable! We will have food, drinks, dancing, and games.
The cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will be at the Pearce's cabin and cocktail hour will start at 330! You are welcome to make your way to the cabin right after the ceremony, or freshen up in your cabins before. We will have the bartender starting at 330, and charcuterie and bites from 330-430. Dinner will be from 430-530, and reception after! We have the bartender booked until 930 pm and look forward to having fun with all of you!
