Reception begins with an imported and domestic cheese display, Mint Strawberry Lemonade, and Raspberry ice tea as well as a water and coffee station. 1. Flat iron steak, red wine demi-glace, crispy shallots, red skinned mashed potatoes, market vegetables. 3. Honey Garlic grilled tofu, Lemon Herb couscous, Market vegetables. All selections come with a first course Spinach and Pear Salad and a dessert of Wedding Cake with sparkling cider for toasting.
Guests may purchase alcoholic drinks in the hotel bar and bring them into the reception.
Just no ripped jeans, please. You may dress to your comfort level, as casual or dressy as you like.
