What is your dress code?

Answer

We will be in suits. I think that people call it "cocktail attire". Women (or people who sometimes wear floor length dresses) don't need to be in floor length dresses if they don't want to be! You'll probably feel weird if you're in a tuxedo. You'll also probably feel weird if you're in jean shorts. Life is about balance.

Question

I'm staying in a hotel. The hotel is not where you're getting married. What do I do?

Answer

We are planning on running a shuttle bus throughout the day and night from several places to the wedding venue. It may help us if you tell us where you're planning to stay, especially those that are Airbnb-ing it, so we can plan our shuttling. Communication is important and our phones are on. We're here to help. Shuttles will likely be running from the town hall in Beacon to the wedding, and from the hotel blocks in Poughkeepsie/Fishkill to the wedding. We'll also run shuttles on the night of the rehearsal drinks to/from the Poughkeepsie/Fishkill hotel blocks.

How do I get from the airport to Beacon/Fishkill/Poughkeepsie/Marlboro?

Answer

It's actually a lot easier than you think! Public transport is a marvel and we'd be glad to explain how to get from the airport to the Metro-North at Grand Central. Talk to us! Don't be shy! We need attention to live!

Question

Will you feed us at your welcome drinks? Will you feed us at your wedding?

Answer

Yes!!! Please eat food! At the welcome drinks we will have heavy apps. At the wedding we'll have canapes, some apps, and a seated dinner. I promise you will eat. I want to know about your dietary restrictions though! Please tell us so we can make sure that you are taken care of. It'll be on the invitation but you can also email us cold, with no context, "I'm gluten intolerant!" and we'll assume it's about the wedding probably!
