Things To Do

Downtown Core Seattle

Downtown Core Seattle

Seattle, WA

This is a walkable place where we enjoyed with Diana's parents and enjoyed taking in the sites and good food. Pike Place Market not only places you close to the most touristy thing to do in Seattle but also next to both Belltown and Pioneer Square. Bring a rain jacket as you visit the first Starbucks and see the throwing fish.

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

311 West Kincaid Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273

This is one of our family's favorite spots in April. Definitely worth making a trip up north an hour from our venue area to see spring in full bloom.

Snoqualmie Falls

Snoqualmie Falls

Snoqualmie, WA 98024

This is one of the spots we visited during our first year dating and a special spot because Diana loves waterfalls. East of the SeaTac airport, consider this short hike and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Everett Marina & Waterfront

1724 W Marine View Dr, Everett, WA 98201

For those who wanted to skip the weekend traffic, hustle & bustle of downtown Seattle, Everett is the seat of Snohomish County, and on a nice day it affords a lovely space to stroll along the Puget Sound. Please view details in the website.

Heather Lake Trail

Heather Lake Trail, WA 98252

This lake is about 45 miles and under 90 minutes of a drive from the Lynnwood-Bothell area. It is well described in the WTA website and worth considering.

Wallace Falls State Park

14503 Wallace Lake Road, Gold Bar, WA 98251

This is among Western Washington's most beautiful waterfalls and it has been on Mark's list of places to visit for years. Take this as a challenge: beat Mark to it and he will be very jealous! :D
