We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The reception will follow at the same venue, and it will end at 5pm.
Cocktail Attire: for women, anything from Sunday church to cocktail dresses. For men, suits/sport coats/jackets and slacks are recommended. Get on that tie if you can! Please note that all events are planned to be indoors, unless we catch a break from the cold and rain.
Cities north of Seattle (such as Bothell and neighboring Lynnwood) are moderately chilly and subject to spring showers. Temperatures can average from lows of 40°F to highs of 56°F. Because it can vary wildly, we recommend our guests prepare for colder temperatures–just to be safe!

Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is the larger airport, 28 miles by car from the wedding venue. For most guests, this may be the only option to fly in. There is also a closer but smaller regional airport, Paine Field in Everett, 9 miles north of the Embassy Suites and 14 miles from the venue. With fewer flights, Alaska Air provides direct flights for Paine Field with Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), Orange County (SNA), or San Francisco (SFO).

We would love to invite your kids. However, due to limited space, we generally recommend leaving the little ones at home. We want our wedding to be your night off if possible. However, this is a balancing act as we are making exceptions and allowing kids near our immediate family. Please let us know your needs.
There is ample, free parking available in the lot at The Loft (3305 Monte Villa Pkwy, Bothell).
