As soon as possible please. We are throwing this party together with short notice :)
Yes! Our kids will be there too, so we'll be sure to have some baby/toddler centric spaces. Please no pets. I'm trying to set myself up for success in what I can manage.
Farm Stuff: - NO HEELS! Wear real shoes please- we're going for functionality at a working farm, not style. We are both wearing Chelsea boots down the aisle. - Wedding clothes (anything goes!) Mark will wear a suit and I will wear a dress. We will most likely change after the ceremony. We are totally okay if you want to wear jeans and a flannel. This is a farm wedding. Aspirationally pool stuff: - Sunscreen - Swimsuit - Towel (or borrow the hotels, but don't tell them it was my idea!) -Sunglasses - Sandals Hiking stuff: I am anticipating that we'll manage a group hike or small group hikes during the weekend weekend. Fellow Californians, I know we aren't accustomed to checking weather, but recommend that you do that as you pack for our wedding. Please bring layers for the evening too! Fall can get chilly out here.
Thanks for asking! First of all, coming out to us is truly appreciated, especially on short notice. Just being here counts as contributing to our big day. We also completely understand if you can't make it. This is a whirlwind wedding planning situation. There are a few events that I have in mind, that I think would be fun, but I'd love to have point people to help with the logistics. If you want to be a point person, please let me know. If you have a special skill you'd like to contribute, feel free to let me know. My wedding ego died in the pandemic, so I truly appreciate a hodgepodge of loving contributions to celebrate love. Other than that, just ask when you get here or look for ways to pitch in. Our wedding will be a bit more on the DIY side, but I know that our friends and family are good for it.
