Can I park at the venue?

Answer

No. Unfortunately there is no parking for guests at the venue but shuttle services will be provided from the Holiday Inn.

Where can I park?

Answer

You can park at the Holiday INN where we reserved rooms for guests but is limited. The Hudson train station has parking available for $5 a day. There is parking in the neighborhood but we can't guarantee availability. Taxi/uber is available if needed.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn in West Coxsackie but you are welcome to stay at other local hotels or airbnbs. If you stay at a hotel other than the Holiday Inn, you are responsible for getting yourself to the venue or Holiday Inn to take the shuttle to the venue.

How do I get to the venue if I don't drive and/or have a car ?

Answer

Amtrak trains from Penn station to Hudson are available but there are no return trains after 8pm. If you're interested in car-pooling, we are happy to connect you to some other guests who are also looking. Let us know! If you don't have a car, a car rental could be an option.
