3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
This event is formal/ semi-formal
The ceremony will be held outdoors in a pavilion under a canopy of lush trees. Folded fans will be found on each guest's seat for extra comfort while we share our story and vows.
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
At this point you will all migrate from the ceremony area to the barn for Cocktail hour. During this time people can mingle, grab a drink, some bites to eat, and find where your seat is located. This will all take place while us newlyweds go have photos taken.
5:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The wedding party will be introduced, and then we will share our first dance as the HOTT newly married couple. Dinner to follow. There will be things to do inside the event space or outside. This will be including a fireplace, games and viewing the stunning event space. Enjoy yourselves, and bring your dancing shoes, even if its barefoot!
10:30 pm - 10:45 pm
The dj will let everyone know where to gather to send off the Hott couple with sparklers and lots of cheer!
