Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be at Coohills, a restaurant located in downtown Denver. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Coohills. The ceremony will be held on a bridge directly outside of the restaurant, while the reception will be held inside the restaurant. The address for Coohills is 1400 Wewatta Street, Denver, CO 80202.

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you are traveling into Denver for the wedding, we would recommend staying downtown or near downtown for easy access to the venue on the 18th. Staying downtown or near downtown will make venue access easy in addition to being close to Union Station in case you are taking the train to the airport. We have reserved a courtesy room block at the Courtyard Marriott Denver Downtown for 7/17 - 7/19. To book a room and receive the room block rate, you can use a private link (https://app.marriott.com/reslink?id=1767721735529&key=GRP&app=resvlink) or call 303-260-4750 and explain that you're looking to book a room for the room block for the wedding. The deadline to book a room as part of the room block is 6/17.

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

We would recommend either walking if you're staying close or taking an Uber. If you have a rental car and want to use it, you will likely need to pay for parking at a nearby parking garage.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Denver in July can get hot, but typically it is rather dry and not too humid. The ceremony will be outside so keep that in mind with your choice of attire.

The dress code is cocktail attire.

When should we plan on getting into Denver?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be on July 18th, which is a Saturday. We are planning on hosting an optional welcome dinner on the night of the 17th for people who are available.

How should I get into Denver?

Answer

Denver International Airport is your best option for flying. The airport is located outside of the city and you will need to either take the train into the city or take a car. There is a train that runs from the airport to Union Station downtown several times a day, so this is a good option if you are staying downtown or near downtown. You can also take an Uber from the airport or book a rental car, but we would not necessarily recommend a rental car if you are staying in the city or not going to the mountains at any point before or after the wedding.
