Why Chicago?

Answer

Upon initial exploration of Chicago in late 2019, living in Chicago felt right to Saychay and Mark. It felt a lot like NYC where they met and it was close enough to where her parents and oldest sister lived 3.5 hours North of Chicago.

Will there be a honeymoon?

Answer

Well...technically, we've been on honeymoon for quite a few years already. Ha! But seriously, due to the current travel restrictions, we will be keeping all travel pretty low-key. In the near future, we may take a road trip somewhere within a few hours drive of our home in Chicago.

What's next?

Answer

Although this is only our first Winter in Chicago, we do plan to make Chicago our permanent home for the foreseeable future. Mark will be taking the lead on launching their joint business Tsev Design which focuses on curated home goods and furnishings. Saychay will be re-focusing on corporate life in the United States.

What about babies?

Answer

We're looking forward to grandbabies in ten years or so. But for now, we are very happy with our fully grown-up daughter, Olympia, and our travel pets: Beary Tanilow, Larry Brown, Zippy Strawberry, Chanse the Yapper and our newest additions gifted from Olympia - Sam the Sloth, Penny the Pig, and Morris the Moose.
