Guests are responsible for travel to/from ceremony. Please plan to be seated by 1:30 pm, and provide ample time to arrive as parking in Downtown Raleigh can be difficult. See FAQ's for additional information regarding parking locations.

Shuttle transportation will be provided from hotels to the reception. Pick-up is at 4:30 PM in front of the Hilton Garden Inn. The DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn share the same parking lot, but shuttle pick-up will be in front of the Hilton Garden Inn. Return shuttles at the end of the evening will depart at 11:00 PM. Should you prefer to drive, there is ample parking at the Upchurch. Cars can be left overnight, but must be picked up by 10am the following morning. If you prefer, rideshare services like Uber & Lyft are a great option as well. We want everybody to enjoy the open bar, so please plan accordingly!
