Flight

Cairo to Hurghada

You will first fly to Cairo on your airline of choice. Once you arrive, you will transfer to another terminal via taxi (about 10 minutes) and then take a short, 45 minute internal flight to Hurghada International Airport. (US travelers will have to fly through Cairo. For those traveling from Europe, there may be direct flights from your city to Hurghada International Airport. Please check accordingly).

Airport Transfers

After landing in Hurghada, you will have to take a 30 minute drive to Gouna, where all the wedding festivities will take place. There are very few drivers at the airport so we highly recommend booking a car in advance through Sixt or through your hotel. Sixt/London Cab +20 127 282 1920

There are a lot of ways to get around Gouna, from tuktuks to private cars. We do not recommend renting a car since Gouna is such a cozy city - you can get around by tuk tuk or cab. All destinations (except the airport) are within 10 minutes of each other. There is free wifi all around Gouna for guests to use. If you would still like to get a local sim card, we recommend downloading "Holafly" and purchasing an e-sim. You can purchase a 5 day sim card with unlimited data for 27 euros.
