What should I wear?

Answer

Things to keep in mind while getting fancy for our big day! My bridesmaids will be wearing "wine" (which is fancy speak for dark red apparently...). The groom and groomsmen will be wearing Navy blue. The colors for the wedding theme are Navy Blue, Wine, and Gold (with ALLL the sparkles!)

Is the Wedding Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors in a small grassy area. Our ceremony is the only portion of the day intended to be outdoors on grass. The remainder of our wedding celebration will be in a large covered patio and in an air conditioned ballroom.

Question

What if I don't feel comfortable driving at the end of the night?

Answer

We are encouraging our guests to make use of Uber, Lyft or carpooling to get to the venue. We have arranged for 2 school buses to pick guests up at the end of the night. While we are not promoting it, in the event that you drove yourself but have ultimately had too much to drink, you are able to leave your car parked at the venue and ride the bus back to the hotel. Your car will be safe until you are able to pick it up the next day. The last thing we would want on a day full of happy memories would be for any of our family and friends to drive under the influence.

What do I do if I have a Dietary restriction or an Allergy?

Answer

Please let either the event coordinator (Carina) or one of the servers know. The staff at Penn Oaks is very kind and accommodating and will likely be able to help find something that will be safe for you to eat.
