Important Information
We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding weekend with you in Cabo! 🌴✨ To keep everything simple and stress-free, all travel will flow through Shaadi Destinations, our official travel partner. Step 1 — RSVP 📅 Please visit the RSVP tab on our website and submit your response by May 1st, 2026. Step 2 — Book Your Hotel Room 🏨 ⚠️ IMPORTANT: All guests must book through our official Shaadi Destinations room block in order to attend any wedding events. (Resort policy — guests booked outside the block will not be permitted.) Step 3 — Submit Your Flight Information ✈️ Once your flights are booked, return to our Shaadi Destinations link and upload your confirmed flight information so transportation can be arranged.

Los Cabos International Airport
Flying In ✈️ Please book your flights into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) — the closest airport to Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos. The resort is approximately 40–45 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service is provided and more details below and on the Shaadi Destinations link above.
Travel Note
Airport Transportation
All Airport Transfers are included for all of our guests and will be coordinated by Shaadi Destinations 🚐 Please note, ignore any costs mentioned on their website for airport transfers as Sarthak and Marissa will be covering any airport transfer costs. Once your room and flights are booked, head back to our Shaadi Destinations link and submit your flight details using the airport transfer form. They’ll coordinate your pickup directly with the resort. Please upload your flight information by July 1st, 2026, and be sure you’re flying into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). After clearing customs and baggage claim, follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Your driver information and meeting point will be included in the confirmation from Shaadi Destinations. The ride to Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is typically 40–45 minutes.
