Please submit your RSVP and reserve your room by May 1st, 2026. This helps us finalize headcount and lock in the wedding spaces with the resort. Airport transfer information should be submitted by July 1st, 2026 so transportation can be confirmed.
No — all guests attending wedding events must stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and book through our Shaadi Destinations group block. This is the resort’s policy. Bookings made through any other website (even the hotel directly) will not have access to wedding events.
All guests should arrive at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It’s the nearest airport to Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, about 40–45 minutes from the resort.
Once your hotel and flights are booked, head to our Shaadi Destinations link and enter your flight details. Their team will coordinate your pickup directly with the resort. Detailed arrival instructions will be included in the confirmation email you receive prior to travel.
Late October is warm, sunny, and beautiful in Cabo. Expect mid-80s to low-90s during the day, with cooler evenings in the 70s. Many of our events are outdoors, so pack light, comfortable outfits, and sun-friendly accessories.
Due to event capacities and planning requirements, we can only host the guests whose names appear on the invitation.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and express their own style, so there are no required colors or dress codes for any event. You’ll find suggested attire for each event on the Events page if you’d like guidance.
