Is there Parking at the Hotel?

Parking at the Hotel will be $10 per day. This is a discounted rate from what they typically charge.

Are Children Invited?

We respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. While we love little ones, we do want to ensure that all wedding guests, including parents, are able to let their hair down, relax, and have fun! :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favourite people. Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire!

Is there transportation to and from the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing 2 coach buses to pick up guests from the hotel and bring them to the venue. The buses will come back at the end of the night to bring guests back to the hotel. Please see the TRAVEL section of the website to see the schedule.

Is personal photography allowed during the ceremony at the church?

Answer

We have 2 experienced photographers capturing our day, so we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding!

Is There Parking For The Ceremony Or Reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the church, and if you plan to drive to the reception, there will be valet when you pull up.

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

The church ceremony will start promptly at 1pm, so if guests are able to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time, that would be great.

Are There Any Other Events That I Should Know About Around The Wedding?

Answer

We would love for guests to join us once we return from the Rehearsal Dinner at the Hotel Bar. This bar will also stay open until 1am the night of the wedding for those who want to continue to party!

Is there transportation to and from the Church?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation for the Church Ceremony at Holy Trinity. There is a large parking lot at the Church to park and it is 15 minutes away from the Hotel.
