Question
When and where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding will take place on Sunday, December 7th, 2025 promptly at 4:15pm located at the Palm Event Center. The address is 1184 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Cocktail hour and reception to follow with dinner, drinks, and dancing!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! To create an evening of timeless elegance --- we ask guests to wear formal all black attire for our special day. Please avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride including cream, ivory, or white. Examples include: -Men: Black tuxedos, suits, or dress shirts with black slacks. (White undershirts under suits/tuxedos are welcome.) -Women: Black evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or elegant jumpsuits.

When should I arrive to the wedding?
Answer
Guests may arrive 30 minutes prior to the wedding ceremony to enjoy welcome drinks, the scenery, and photo op moments. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time of 4:15pm as entry will not be allowed for the ceremony if arriving after 4:15pm.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony is outdoors but cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. We recommend bringing a jacket for the ceremony, as the weather is expected to be cold.

Where can I find accommodation options for guests?
Answer
On the "travel" section on this site, you can find links for the wedding room block and other hotel locations the we recommend and love. Any hotels in Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton are in close proximity to our venue.

Is it required to stay at the room block?
Answer
No! You are welcome to stay at any location of your choice. Our room block is simply at a hotel we love and if booked through the room block site (on the travel page), there is discounted room rates for our wedding weekend. We also would love to have our guests stay in the same location as our wedding party! If staying at the room block, reservation must be booked by November 7th, 2025.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! If you plan on drinking, please arrange transportation from the venue.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to give us a gift, you can find our wish list on the "Registry" tab where you can also contribute to our "Honeymoon Fund" which is our biggest wish of all.

Are children invited?
Answer
Although we love your little ones as much as you do, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only (18+ and over). We want to ensure all guests, especially parents, are able to fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be on the RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as were trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!
