FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the uncertainty that comes with planning a wedding during a pandemic, we are not including plus-one invitations. Be assured that there will be, at minimum, 1-2 guests that you call a friend.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

As you all know, we are the king and queen of comfortability. We don't want you thinking about how hot you are in a suit or how sore your feet are in heels for a single second. So, don't! Aim slightly above jeans in what we are calling "Classy Campfire" attire. We'll be wearing Birkenstocks. Feel free to match that vibe.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 10th, 2021.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Question

Is there enough parking on property to accommodate everyone camping and attending the ceremony?

Answer

Yes!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can mention any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30PM on Saturday, July 10, 2021.

Question

How far is Sharon's Horse Heaven from the airport?

Answer

Youngstown Airport | 2 hours | 105 miles Pittsburgh Airport | 2.5 hours | 139 miles Cleveland Airport | 3 hours | 185 miles Columbus Airport | 4.5 hours | 271 miles

Question

Will there be any Covid restrictions and do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

We politely ask that only those that are fully vaccinated by the day they arrive to Sharon's Horse Heaven attend. Hand washing stations will be readily available for all guests attending any part of the weekend. We are also looking into way in which guests can signify their comfort level with mingling throughout the weekend. If you have any concerns related to Covid, please reach out. We are happy to accommodate any reasonable request to ensure that everyone feels safe enough to enjoy themselves.

Question

What meals will be provided?

Answer

We will provide dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Brunch will also be provided on Sunday. Guests will be responsible for all other meals. If you will need fridge space, please let us know to see if we can accommodate you.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes and no. What we want most is to be surrounded by love on our wedding day, so your presence is gift enough. If your heart is truly set on getting us a gift, we have made two cash funds for our (real) honeymoon and toward buying our future home.
