The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be inside a tent but if it is cold there will be plenty of space heaters as well as a fire pit.
Colorado has a mind of it's own so really it can range anywhere from 74 degrees to 44 degrees; however, the wedding will be in the mountains so for Idaho Springs specifically, it can range anywhere from 60 degrees to 33 degrees. Please be prepared and bring a jacket/coat just in case.
- YES! Beginning May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID compliant license or a passport to board domestic flights. This includes all airline passengers 18 and older, even those who are members of TSA PreCheck. Look for a gold or black star on the upper hand corner of your ID to indicate yours is a REAL ID. If you do not currently have one, please order one ASAP to allow for processing and shipping time before the wedding!
Yes, children are welcome! We will not have a babysitter on the premises, so you are responsible for your mini you(s)!
Absolutely! There will be wine, beer, as well as hard liquor. Our venue prohibits any outside alcohol being brought onto the premises. The venue does card so PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR ID!
They have a large parking lot on the premise. We will have two shuttles that will pick up from each of the hotels on the website (see the 'Travel' page) and take you to the venue. The shuttles will pick people up at 2:45pm and take you to the venue. We will also have the shuttles bring people back to the hotels at two separate times 8:30pm (for those who would like to leave early) and 10:30pm (for those who want to stay the whole time). Please note Uber/Lyft are NOT reliable options to go to and from the wedding venue and are not recommended.
There will be security present to ensure only invited guests attend and to address anyone who becomes disruptive.
