The Otesaga Resort Hotel

Our wedding venue has given us a discounted rate for our guests who wish to book their accommodations here! There is a 2 night minimum, at $589/night + tax. Guests can reach the Reservations Office M-F 8a-6p and weekends 830a-5p (hours may change) at 866-494-0085. To get the special rate, you need to mention the Hajec-Briggs wedding and the dates. Any guests not referring to the wedding when calling or that book online will not be eligible for the discounted rate at a later date once the block is full and/or past the cutoff date. The cutoff date is June 22nd, 2026. Please contact Marissa or Kiernan if the room block is full. We will add additional rooms to our room block depending on availability.

The Lake Front Hotel

We have set up a room block for our guests at The Lake Front Hotel at a discounted rate. There is a 2 night minimum. This block is bookable until June 1st, 2026. To book within the block, please click the link or call the hotel directly and mention the Briggs wedding! If you book outside of the room block, this hotel allows for a 1 night stay.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cooperstown

We have set up a room block for our guests at the Holiday Inn & Suites at a discounted rate of $189 per night. There is a 2 night minimum. This block is bookable until July 6th, 2026. To book within the block, call the hotel directly and mention the code word "HBW" to reference the group or our last names to receive the group rate.

Trolley From The Hotels to the Venue & Back

If you choose to reserve a room at any of the hotels listed above besides the Otesaga, we will be providing a trolley to transport guests to and from the wedding! We will list the exact schedule here closer to the wedding!
