When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations in the Spring of 2026! Please follow the RSVP date and information you see on your invitation when you receive it.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see our Travel page for the hotels we have set up room blocks at. Also, our wedding venue is a hotel itself, and we will be staying there for the entire weekend if you choose to stay within the same hotel as us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We ask that when you RSVP, you alert us of any allergies or restrictions and we will relay this information to the venue's catering team.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held on the lawn in front of the beautiful Otsego lake at the Otesaga Hotel followed by our cocktail hour which will be outside on the veranda of the hotel. Our reception will be inside the ballroom inside of the hotel. If the weather does not cooperate, we will hold our wedding ceremony in the Fenimore Ballroom inside the hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we are holding an adult-only reception. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! We look forward to a night of drinks, dancing, and celebration with you!
