We have been able to reserve a block of rooms at a discounted rate for our wedding. We encourage you to book the room ASAP, as Siesta Key is a very busy tourist area and the rooms will be offered first come first serve. The discounted rate will apply for the dates of November 7th-November 9th. Make sure you switch to the dates you are looking to stay. The deadline to book is OCTOBER 15th. Flight

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport

For all of our out-of-state guests, we recommend flying into Sarasota-Brandenton International Airport (SRQ). SRQ is only 11 miles from Siesta Key and 10 miles from our hotel block in Sarasota. Other airports in the vicinity of our wedding include Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), but SRQ will provide the best and most convenient accommodations for all who are flying in.

Shuttle

Shuttle Services

November 8, 2025 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Shuttles will depart the hotel at 1:30 PM to transport guests to Siesta Key Beach. Following our ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to The Venue at Fruitville Grove Farm where we will hold our cocktail hour and reception party. Shuttles will depart the farm to bring guests back to the hotel at the conclusion of our reception at 9:00 PM. There will also be a shuttle bus that will leave at 8:00 PM for guests who wish to leave the reception early. For guests who will be transporting themselves to the beach and/or farm, the addresses are: Siesta Key Beach: 948 Beach Road, Siesta Key, FL 34242 The Venue at Fruitville Grove Farm: 7250 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34240 **IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING IN THE HOTEL BUT STILL WANT TO TAKE THE SHUTTLES FOR THE DAY, YOU CAN PARK AT THE HOTEL. THE SHUTTLE WILL BRING YOU BACK TO YOUR CAR AT THE END OF THE NIGHT. If you plan on driving yourself to the beach ceremony/farm reception, it is recommended to plan to arrive at the ceremony early, as Siesta Key parking can be very difficult.

The Frog Hop - Siesta Key

For guests staying on Siesta Key, The Frog Hop is a free, open-air shuttle service (think “frog‑hopper” style trolley) operating across Siesta Key, Florida. It runs consistently every day, offering convenient—and fun—transportation between key spots like Siesta Key Village, Siesta Beach, and Turtle Beach. Riders aren’t charged a fare, but tipping the driver (“tips-only” model) is customary and encouraged. To catch a ride, you can flag down the trolley when you see or hear it, or call ahead to request a pickup (e.g., 844-FROG-HOP / 844-376-4467). You can also request a pick-up to and from the hotel and key, but to leave the key they charge a $10 fee + tip.
