With your booking you will receive a food and beverage credit of $15 for one registered guest, $30 for two registered guests. This credit may be used in any of the hotel's food and beverage outlets but does not roll over to the next day. You'll receive complimentary WIFI, and a complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel which includes our wedding venue Bella Rose Estate. All rooms must be booked 3 weeks prior (09/30/2022). And last but not least, if you book at the hotel with our special code, all reservations made go towards giving James and I a free room the night after the wedding for us to enjoy:) To book you can call 480-899-7400 ext 1 and use our wedding group name: Scheeler-McNamara Wedding or use the private booking link (button that says view), no codes to remember- just click the link! The discounted rates only apply for the days of 10/21-10/23 for a room with 1 king bed or a room with 2 queen beds.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/ from hotel to Bella Rose Estate

A shuttle will be running to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle can sit 10 guests and takes about 10 minutes roundtrip for the shuttle to get to the venue and back to the hotel to pick up more guests. Please plan accordingly when arriving to the venue. Ceremony start time is at 4:30, so please plan enough time for the shuttle to make multiple trips. The shuttle will also be available after the reception ends/ sparkler exit at 10:00 to take guests back to the hotel.
