Arrive between 3:30-4:15 pm Ceremony at 4:30pm Cocktail Hour 5-6 Dinner & Dancing 6-9:50 (4 apps, 2 entrees (tri-tip and chicken), salad, cake/ cupcakes) Sparkler exit 9:50 (guests will be asked to leave after at 10pm)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone dressed their best for our special day. We request a semi-formal, cocktail attire for our wedding. For ladies, a dress/ floor length pants. For gentlemen, a dress shirt, suit, or blazer. You can wear any color you'd like, but we kindly request you do not wear white or any similar color.

Can I bring a guest who is not noted on my invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

We adore all of your kiddos! However, due to limited space we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. We respectfully request you only bring those included in the invitation.

Help- I can't eat meat!

Answer

Please text the bride at 602-228-4950 and let her know. There will be a vegetarian option for those who can't eat meat but we will need to have a head count 1 month prior to the wedding.

Can I bring my own drinks in?

Answer

Please only bring water to the venue, we promise we will have lots of other drinks for you. (please bring cash to tip the bartender).

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If it is close to the wedding date, please personally text or call the bride/ groom.

What is the weather like?

Answer

Phoenix during October is normally around 80-90 degrees during the day, and low 60s at night.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place? Is there parking?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place in Chandler at Bella Rose Estate. The ceremony is set to take place outdoors, and the reception indoors. If you book your hotel room at Hilton Phoenix Chandler using our group code there will be a shuttle to take you to and from the wedding venue. If you do wish to drive there is ample parking at the venue.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is a present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a cards & gift table at the entrance at the venue for your convenience. We also have a registry on this website if you'd like to purchase/ pitch in funds for an activity/ adventure for us to make wonderful new memories.
