What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. Dress for comfort for an outdoor ceremony and reception. Be mindful of highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s after dusk. Sun protection is important. Venue is unpaved, appropriate shoes are encouraged.

The venue is unpaved. There are handicap restrooms on-site. The ceremony is a five-minute trail walk from the parking area. If assistance is needed to reach the ceremony, or other accommodations are needed please notify us in your RSVP.

Is the ceremony/reception outdoors? What weather should we expect?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony and the reception are outdoors. Please be prepared for sunny weather with a possibility of brief, intermittent showers (aka monsoons). Temperatures drop 20-30 F with nightfall. What do I need to know about parking and ride-sharing?
Answer
Nordic Village has abundant on-site parking. Ride-shares are limited as Nordic Village is 20-30 minute drive from Flagstaff. Carpooling is encouraged. Please note that Flagstaff is at 7,000 feet altitude, so the effects of alcohol may be exacerbated.
