Because June is generally the beginning of rainy season, May has a tendency to be slightly unpredictable with small sprinkles and some humidity. It also happens to be turtle season and great for deep sea fishing according to Google
While the resort is child friendly and we do love all our littles, we do strongly encourage parents to chose whatever will make them the most comfortable and have a great time. Think about this as your vacation time
Alex and I will be hoping to hold the ceremony on a terrace overlooking the ocean. Feel free to wear any footwear you like, knowing sand won’t be an issue for that time.
Some of the restaurants on site require different levels of covering up. While the swim up bars allow swim suits, many of the restaurants will require cover ups for females and no sleeveless shirts for men. Some of the restaurants require men to wear pants and no flip flops. Among these are: Portofino (Italian Gourmet), Oceana (fresh seafood), Himitsu (Pan-Asian cuisine), and El Patio (Mexican cuisine). These are the most “dressed up” locations. For any other dress codes, you can find on the Dreams Las Mareas website under the dining tab.
Please kindly RSVP by end of November. RSVP can be done by selecting your room for resort. The deadline for booking rooms is beginning of December
