Can I stay at a different resort/hotel?

Answer

Yes but we prefer if all guest stayed at the same resort to allow for joint outings or day events. If you decide to book outside the resort you will have to pay a daily $100 entrance fee each time you enter onto the resort property.

How much time in advance should I book my room?

Answer

We suggest making a reservation as soon as possible. You can make a reservation with your selected dates directly on the resort website. Note that this online reservation transaction DOES NOT require full payment. The reservation transaction will charge you a down payment not more than the cost of your first night’s stay. Your remaining balance will be due in-person at the time you check in.

How long will the couple be staying at the resort?

Answer

We plan to stay at the resort a week, starting Thursday, July 28th to Thursday, August 4th.

Is there a resort shuttle to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes, there is shuttle service available through the resort. Once you make your room reservation at the end of the confirmation email you’ll see a link to reserve your airport transportation to and from the resort. The basic shuttle transportation is included in your reservation but you also have the option of upgrading to a more private service for a fee.

Where can I get the required COVID test to return to the U.S.?

Answer

The resort has an on site clinic where they conduct COVID tests for travelers needing the proof to return to the United States or another country. The cost is $100 per person and an appointment is required.

What is the recommended dress attire for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden gazebo. We’d like guest to dress in formal to semi-formal attire. For example, ties and coats are optional for men but please no shorts or sneakers. For women, short or long dresses or dress suits but please no flip flops.
