This is a very intimate micro wedding being held in Rome, Italy. We will be wed in the Villa Borghese (00197 Rome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Italy) , the beautiful gardens in the heart of Rome. Due to the location of our wedding package, we are limited to no more than 13 guests for the ceremony. A more in-depth itinerary will be made available for our guests as we finalize details.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to purchase flights for our guests. But, shared accomodations are available for all guests that are attending the wedding. Once we have a finalized guest list, we will send out formal invitations with information about where you will be staying. You are welcome to book your own accommadations should you wish to have a private rental, but it will not be covered by the bride and groom.
We expect to have a vacation rental available for all wedding guests from Tuesday, October 6th, through Sunday, October 11th, for a total of 5 nights. e’re arranging two separate vacation rentals to accommodate our group of 13 guests. We plan on arranging two separate vacation rentals to accommodate our group of 13 guests. While we will not provide individual vacation rentals for everyone, please let us know if you prefer to have your own space—we’re happy to help coordinate where possible. Please note, however, that we won’t be able to cover the cost of additional individual rentals. This is a great opportunity to stick around a bit longer to see more of Italy or Europe! We have some great recommendations :)
We suggest purchasing flights as soon as they become available in November. Expect to pay between $700 - $800 for a round trip flight, maybe a little cheaper if you get lucky. We will monitor the prices as tickets become available, but from our experience tickets are cheaper as soon as they become available. For more information, please visit our Travel tab on the top menu bar.
A passport, silly. But it is also recommended to bring another form of identification and to have a current picture of your passport on your phone in case of emergency. For more information regarding passport requirements, please visit our Travel tab on the top menu bar.
Honestly, no. Most everywhere in Italy, especially Rome, takes credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Wallet. Just be aware of any foreign transaction fees your card may have. If you truly must have cash, then make a withdrawal at a bank. Do not use the ATMs at the airport nor any ATMs on the streets! When you withdrawal money at an Italian bank use your own bank's debit card and "decline conversion" when asked.
For planning purposes we need a confirmation of your attendance no later than the end of November, 2025. We understand this is a large commitment, so we wanted to give plenty of time for you to consider. We are only able to invite 13 guests to our ceremony, so let us know as soon as you make your decision. We want to offer any open spots as soon as possible to others who may wish to attend.
