We wanted to start this new chapter of our lives somewhere new! A place that would become special 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 of this experience. Charleston stood out to us for its charm and coastal beauty. Even though we've only now visited once, we're excited to create new memories with the people we love the most. We can't wait to have this as a place to travel back to for years to come, and to show our children one day where we were married.
Dress to impress! Our wedding dress code is 𝘤𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦. Gentlemen: wear suits or dress pants and jackets. Ladies: wear knee, midi, or floor length cocktail dresses or a nice jumpsuit. Please no jeans or white. Still unsure? Use this reference guide for help: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation or stated "𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵" will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will also appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this will strictly be an adults-only occasion with the exception to the children who are in the wedding. Thank you for understanding!
To help us with our planning, please RSVP by March 2nd, 2026. You can either use the RSVP tab above (on our website) when it is available, or we will also be including a card with your formal invitation for those who would prefer to mail it. If you know right away that you won't be able to attend, we would appreciate if you could let us know sooner than later!
If we do not receive your RSVP by March 2nd, you will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. We hope you can understand!
Yes, our ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors with the exception to our reception taking place underneath a sailcloth tent. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated!
In early May, Charleston typically experiences warm and pleasant weather, with the average high temperatures reaching the low 80s and the average low temperatures in the 60s. We will be praying for sunshine, but the wedding will continue on in rain or shine!
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Our schedule and start time are still being developed, so please check back at a later date for more information. This will also be listed on your formal invitation, so be sure to save them as a resource. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed, so please be prepared for any traffic or Uber/Lyft wait times!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are planning on drinking, please be prepared to plan for transportation as we will not have a shuttle since our guests will be staying in various locations.
