Bride's Preparations

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The traditional 'zomata' will take place at this time! Due to size limitation of the hotel space, only close family will attend, and will be invited personally. There will be light snacks and drinks, and guests can relax at the hotel grounds until it's time to head to the church! The event will be professionally recorded, so please be mindful not to block the cameras!

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please arrive early to have time to find a parking spot (go to 'Important Information' page for instructions). After the ceremony, family and friends are expected to stay at the church for wedding pictures!

Welcome Reception

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Please arrive between 6:30pm and 8:00pm, as there is expected to be a queue and we would love for you to have time to enjoy the array of snacks and drinks that we have selected for you! The guests who are invited to attend the formal dinner, are encouraged to come towards the end, so that they can congratulate us and go to the reception area as soon as it opens, at 8:30pm.

Formal Dinner

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The formal dinner followed by the party, is invitation only, and only for the number of people specified on your wedding invitation. Please RSVP before the 5th of May, to give us enough time to allocate your seats and create the seating chart. At 8:30pm, the dinner area will be open for you! Take your time to find your names on the seating chart and locate your table and then don't forget to pick up the vintage phone and record a message for us (yes, this is our wedding guest book)! You can also have some fun at the photo booth, until the buffet opens. You can then eat as much as you want, and most importantly, drink as much as you want, both by using the venue's inhouse bar, or by ordering one of our preselected cocktails at the mobile bar, brought only for you!

Our live DJ will play an array of songs, spanning the last 6 decades, both Greek and English, with an emphasis on disco, RnB and EDM. There is no closing time. We will be there for as long as your feet can keep dancing!
