Zack and Mario were brought together when they were fortuitously assigned as random roommates on a study abroad trip to Italy. They quickly realized they even had the same birthday 1 year apart. On that trip 15 years ago they spent a month together without smartphones getting to explore Italy while debating sports. Their friendship has grown stronger over the past 15 years whether that is from cross country road trips, monumental life events, or bros trips wearing bird shirts.

Jana and Katelyn met in high school and clicked right away, bonding over late nights with friends, endless laughter, and a knack for finding fun wherever they went. Even when life took them to different cities and states during college, their friendship never skipped a beat—they stayed connected, visited each other, and always picked up right where they left off. Over the years, Jana and Katelyn’s bond has only grown stronger as they’ve celebrated milestones, navigated adulthood, and stood by each other through every chapter.

Mario and Conner also met thanks to a summer abroad in Oriveto, Italy. During this summer Mario and Conner spent every afternoon drinking coffee and exploring the cobblestone streets. Mario was just finishing his freshman year of college and Conner was entering his senior year. Those talks over espresso where Conner mentored Mario were formative. As they grew up they became best friends. Conner has been by Mario's side for some of his most important days including his Match Day into residency. Conner is also a member of the bird shirt gang, their relationship has remained strong by going on annual trips with plenty of Patio Vibes.
Mackenzie Daudfar

Jana and Mackenzie met during their freshman year at the University of Arizona and quickly became inseparable. By sophomore year, they were living together—and it was in that condo, with country music playing on repeat, that Jana went from loathing country to becoming a true fan (all thanks to Kenz’s influence). Over the years, they’ve shared countless adventures and an easy, everyday bond—complete with their signature ripped jeans and t-shirt uniform that often left them unintentionally twinning. Mackenzie has been by Jana’s side the last 15 years, and it feels especially full-circle to have her standing beside Jana on her wedding day, since it was at Mackenzie and Syna’s wedding that Jana met her fiancé.

Back in 2012 Syna picked Mario to be his little in a club in college. Little did either of them know how important that decision would be. Their bond formed while both studying for the MCAT in college and going to the gym together to destress from the studying. In so many ways Syna has been instrumental in Mario's life. There are few people who truly understand Mario as well Syna does with their shared medical career journeys now both working in the ER. Mario even met Jana at Syna's wedding, and he'll make sure Mario never forgets that.

Dania and Jana have known each other their whole lives—their parents met in dental school at the University of Michigan before relocating to Phoenix. For years, they were more like family friends who only saw each other a few times a year, but after college they became roommates and everything changed. They quickly realized how much they had in common—including a mutual love of sandwiches, pizza, nail polish, and young Taylor Swift—and built a friendship that has only grown deeper over the last 10 years.
