4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

The festivities will begin at 4:30 PM with prelude music and champagne, followed by a prompt 5:00 PM ceremony on the Ventana Heights Terrace at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Love is hot… but Arizona is hotter. Fans will be available at the ceremony to help keep you cool. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, with a reception of dinner and dancing afterwards. The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM, but for those who want to keep the celebration going, the hotel bar will remain open until 11:00 PM. We cannot wait to see you all soon! A Note on Little Ones While we truly love and adore all your children, we've chosen to keep our wedding day an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding - we can’t wait to see you there!

Post-Wedding Wine Day in Sonoita-Elgin

Casual

To keep the celebration going, we will be heading to Sonoita-Elgin for a day of wine tasting! For those that RSVP'd, transportation will be provided. Please plan to meet in the lobby of Loews Ventana Canyon Resort at 9:45 AM for departure. Our first stop will be Dos Cabezas WineWors, with an expected arrival around 11:00 AM. If you’re driving separately, please plan to meet us there around then. We will be providing brick-oven pizza at Dos Cabezas, and additional salads and snacks will be available for purchase. Our second winery will be AZ Hops and Vines. We depart Sonoita and head back to Loews between 2:00 - 3:00 PM, with an expected arrival back at the resort between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
